Personalities
Define a reusable tone, style, and voice that any agent version can adopt.
A personality is a reusable definition of tone, style, and voice that you assign to an agent version — so several agents can share one consistent way of presenting themselves.
Create a personality
- In the sidebar, open Content & memory → Personalities.
- Click New personality.
- On the Basics step, enter a Name (lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, e.g.
customer-service-voice), an optional Description, and a Scope — Team (shared) or Personal (only you). - Click Next to reach the Content step, then write the Personality content — describe the tone, style, and how the agent should present itself.
- Click Save.
Assign it to an agent
Open an agent version and select this personality; the agent then speaks in the tone and style you defined. Change or remove it any time from the Personalities table using Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.
Tip: Keep the name generic to the voice, not the agent (
friendly-support, notagent-3), so several agents can reuse the same personality.
