Integrations
Connect messaging providers like Slack, Teams, and Discord so agents can receive and reply to real events.
An integration is a live connection to a provider — Slack, GitHub, Discord, Teams, Google Chat, Telegram, or Linear. Inbound events route through your workflows to an agent, and the agent's replies go back out through the provider.
Add an integration
- In the sidebar, open Resources and choose Integrations under Connections.
- Click Add integration.
- Pick a Provider and a Connection type — Workspace bot (team shared) or My account (personal OAuth).
- Give the connection a Name, fill in any External ID (for example a Discord Guild ID or GitHub Installation ID) and provider credentials the form asks for, and choose a Response Mode (final message or streaming).
- Click Connect. Personal connections send you to the provider to authorize; workspace connections are created directly.
Manage a connection
Each row shows the provider, scope, status, tool count, and last sync. Open the row's menu to Edit Configuration (name, routing agent, credentials), Copy Webhook URL, Sync tools, Pause/Resume dispatch, or Delete Integration. Use Receipts in the page header to inspect inbound events.
Tip: After connecting, attach a workflow with an
integration.chat.inboundtrigger from the Workflow Designer — that is what routes events to your agent.
