Billing
Read your workspace plan, AI-credit usage and estimated bill, and the budget controls your plan includes.
The Billing page shows your workspace's plan, how much AI usage it has consumed this period, and the budget controls available to you. Viewing it requires the billing-view capability for the workspace.
Check your plan
If the workspace has no plan yet, a checkout form lets you pick one (when you can manage billing). Once subscribed, a current subscription card shows the active plan and its details. A Comped plan badge appears when the plan was granted manually rather than paid through a provider.
Read AI-credit usage
The AI credits card previews your current bill:
- AI credits used against the Included allowance, with a progress bar that turns amber at 100%.
- Remaining credits and Estimated overage.
- On active plans: Overage credits, Base subscription, and a Usage by traffic class breakdown (covered vs. billable overage per class).
- Estimated current bill at the bottom, with when it was last refreshed.
These figures are estimates for the period, not a final invoice.
Review budget controls
The Budget controls card lists guardrails included in your plan — per-agent budgets, an account-wide cap, block mode, the budget planner, and breaker notifications — each marked included or not, plus limits like budgeted agents and traffic classes. If something is locked you'll see an upgrade nudge; otherwise a link to Operations → Circuit Breakers to configure them. Every workspace is always protected by the account spend breaker regardless of plan.
Manage payment
When your plan is paid through a provider and you can manage billing, a billing portal button opens the provider portal to update payment or invoices. It is hidden for comped plans.
Tip: Watch the AI-credit progress bar — once it hits 100%, further usage is billed as overage. Use budget controls to cap spend before it gets there.
